The movments of atomic structures of matter, are indirectly connected to
the psychic functions of the human being.
The human brain, au'il soit conscious or unconscious, generates a considerable
psychic power, of harmful or beneficial quality, qui result in the emission of
thoughts-waves trains acting on everything that surrounds him.
For that reason, without him to be really conscious, man acts on the elements
themselves of nature and can modify sensibly its action.
According to the degree of power and the direction of the emissions of the
thoughts-waves he generates, man creates and keeps static electromagnetic charges.
He like this set, around his planet, a real network of forces, acting by reaction and
opposite-reaction on the natural process of energetic exchange of the telluric
and cosmic radiation.
This process is the vector of universal vibratory balance of the matter, and
of everything that lives in the universe.
The thoughts-waves of the human being correspond or interfere, in the balance
of the process of cosmic energetic exchange, the union of the psychic forces emanating
important groups, and even from whole nations, affect on the general behaviour of
the mind of all the others nations of the planet hence, in their turn, others forces,
positives or negatives are emitted according to the generated reaction. 1
